Hatha Yoga Circles

A gentle Hatha yoga session where we honor the natural intelligence of the body, moving with kindness and awareness. Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom held within, our practice weaves together gentle postures, breath awareness, and deep relaxation to support balance, resilience, and ease. This is yoga as self-care—a practice of coming home to yourself, of listening deeply, and of remembering the simple joy of being. Everyone welcome including those with limitations, no experience needed.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY

"It made me more mindful and observant in everyday life. Also the body scanning part of the nidras ‘the right arm, the left arm, the whole body’ made me feel whole. I also enjoyed the sense of community that being part of the group engendered."
